Added

• Initial release of the $reward channel-point giveaway command for Twitch and Kick.
• $reward create opens a channel-point reward with a title, prompt, cost, audience tier (public, follower, or subscriber), optional one-entry-per-viewer (--unique), and a fulfillment mode (winners or everyone).
• Viewers enter by redeeming the reward; ineligible or duplicate redemptions are refunded automatically.
• $reward close / $reward open stop and reopen entry collection; $reward pause / $reward unpause toggle redemptions without ending the giveaway.
• $reward draw --target wheel builds a spin-the-wheel draw from the pending entrants.
• $reward winner mark / $reward winner unmark record winners; $reward resolve fulfills winners and refunds the rest (winners) or fulfills everyone (everyone).
• $reward list winners / $reward list participants and $reward update / $reward remove round out reward management.
